WHAT YOU WILL DO AND HOW YOU WILL GROW
Senior Consultants are essential contributors to our organization, spearheading the delivery of inventive solutions and offering analytical excellence to our clients. They take the lead in research and analysis, molding the team's understanding with both quantitative precision and insights gleaned from engaging stakeholders. As those who dive deep into the issues, Consultants and Senior Consultants think critically and creatively to develop insights based on their findings from the research process. They gain a broad knowledge base that cuts across sectors and geographies while driving the core of every projects work.
Responsibilities:
Senior Consultants are tasked with independently overseeing workstreams, cultivating relationships with clients, and providing leadership, and mentoring and managing junior team members, as needed.

Interview Process: Candidates selected will be invited to a oneway video interview, writing assignment, and three live interviews: a behavioral interview and two separate 45minute case interviews, each conducted by a different interviewer.
You are expected to work near one of our offices and work 2-3 days/week in the office.
