Managing Director Climate Advocacy Lab

The 360 Group is pleased to announce our latest search: Managing Director for Climate Advocacy Lab! The Climate Advocacy Lab, a collaborative of the nations leading climate change funders, including the Skoll, Hewlett and McKnight foundations, helps climate and clean energy advocates run smarter public engagement campaigns. The Lab uses rigorous social science and data analysis to help advocates build a permanent, activated majority in favor of positive climate policy in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Refine the vision and strategy for The Lab
• Map resources to goals
• Ensure The Labs capacity responds to demand in the sector
• Build the Labs long-term sustainability
• Oversee an existing team of six employees
• Act as the key interlocutor with members of the emerging funder collaborative supporting The Lab
• Lead efforts to refine a governance structure that reflects key stakeholder interests
• Embrace a network approach that is open and transparent, recognizes the importance and power of relationships, embraces principles of diversity, equity and inclusion, and believes in sharing credit for results
