WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a  Mammography Technician for a contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Jamaica Plain, MA.

Job Function:

\n

• Day Shift.
\n
• Performs  mammogram imaging procedures  
\n
• Demonstrates competency in  mammography positioning, compression & technique factor  
\n
• Ensure all radiographic images are appropriately labeled as specified by the department SOP  
\n
• Evaluate images for technical acceptability and ensure images are transmitted to PACS in a timely fashion.  
\n
• Evaluate images for technical acceptability and ensure images are transmitted to PACS asap and also ensures that all studies performed are completed in IDX.  
\n

Job Requirements:

\n

• 2+ years of experience.
\n
• MUST have AART Certification.    
\n
