As the firm’s Legal Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping cases moving smoothly from start to finish. You’ll manage documents, scheduling, and client communication across platforms like Filevine and Microsoft 365/Outlook, ensuring everything stays on track. Your responsibilities will also include opening new cases, requesting medical records, assisting with settlements, and maintaining organized, up-to-date files. In addition, you’ll support in-office operations by processing physical mail and helping with client appointments as needed. Location: The firm is based in Fort Myers. I am ideally looking for a hybrid role- but am open to remote for the right candidate.
