Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Program Management Director for Global Patriot US Programs, stationed in Huntsville, Alabama. You will be responsible for meeting the AOP and executing toward the 5-year plan for the existing programs and growth opportunities. You will also be responsible for establishing priorities, optimizing performance and execution across all contracts, supporting both business and customer requirements.
You will support the development of capability roadmaps driven by US evolving needs and ensure alignment with the product roadmaps/development programs for the Global Patriot product portfolio and regional customer capability needs. You will be the primary Global Patriot contact for all related existing contracts for US Programs, ongoing contract negotiations, capture and developing new business and responsible for strategic and tactical new business pursuits with the Requirements & Capabilities team, Engineering, Legal, Global Supply Chain, Contracts, and Finance.
The US portfolio is in various stages of developing integrated air and missile defense that includes procurement, training, fielding, and sustainment. The US Program Director requires knowledge of air and missile defense systems, preferably Patriot, and experience leading teams in this domain. A key aspect of this role is developing and maintaining strong customer relationships with both the US as well as the 18 other partner nations.
This role is very complex, with responsibilities spanning multiple contracts, products and strategic growth areas. In addition, as a member of the Global Patriot leadership team, you will be expected to provide insight and leadership across the portfolio.

The salary range for this role is 176,000 USD - 352,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
