Pay: $19–$22/hour (depending on experience)

About Our Client:

Addison Group is working with a nonprofit organization dedicated to environmental initiatives to identify a detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant. This position supports accurate recordkeeping and information management efforts across departments.

Job Description:

The Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining a variety of data in internal systems. Accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data across various platforms with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure completeness and correctness of information.
  • Support internal teams by maintaining organized digital records.
  • Assist with generating reports and summaries based on collected data.
  • Maintain data integrity by following company protocols and data management standards.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a data entry or administrative support role.
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data entry systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
