As a Giftogram Account Manager , you’ll be the trusted advisor to our existing customers — helping them get the most out of our platform, expand their programs, and measure the impact of appreciation. You’ll balance strategy and execution: part relationship-builder, part growth-driver, and part problem-solver.

Own a portfolio of Giftogram customers, ensuring retention, growth, and satisfaction.
Identify expansion opportunities through usage insights, campaign planning, and relationship building.
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Care to deliver an effortless customer experience.
Run regular account reviews and share best practices to help customers scale their gifting strategies.
Forecast renewals and upsell opportunities with precision and care.
Advocate for your customers internally — their success is your success.
3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or SaaS Sales.
Proven record of growing existing accounts and hitting retention or expansion targets.
A customer-first mindset — you love building trust and uncovering ways to deliver more value.
Strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable running demos or executive QBRs.
A collaborative spirit and a sense of humor. (We appreciate people who appreciate people.)
