ABOUT THE JOB:

We are looking for Software Engineers to join our Internal Tools team. As a Software Engineer on Anduril’s Internal Tools team you will be architecting and implementing mission-critical applications that enforce lean business process, add multiplicative leverage to Anduril employees, and scale Anduril into a next-generation defense prime.

You will be focused on customizing Odoo for our Warehouse Management System (WMS). This role will involve working closely with internal stakeholders, including supply chain, manufacturing, and IT teams, to design, develop, and implement solutions that improve our warehouse operations and inventory management processes. Additionally, the role will encompass responsibilities related to configuring and managing the Odoo environment.

WHAT YOU"LL DO:

• Develop custom modules and functionalities in Odoo to meet specific warehouse management requirements.


• Work on integrating Odoo WMS with other systems, including Oracle ERP, to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.


• Collaborate with business leads and stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into technical specifications.


• Act as the primary Odoo administrator, managing user access, system configurations, and ensure alignment with business processes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience in a software engineering role building products, ideally in a fast-paced environment


• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related technical degree or relevant work experience


• Previous experience working with Odoo or other WMS software


• Proficiency with various programming languages including Javascript and Python


• Ability to empathize with end-users, to turn needs into features, and to balance user experience with engineering constraints


• U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and systems.


• Experience working and integrating with ERP software, specifically Oracle


• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance

 

US Salary Range

$138,000 - $207,000 USD

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
