Shade Installer – Nashville, TN

Compensation: $20.00–$25.00 per hour
Location: Nashville, TN
Schedule: Full-time
Travel: Occasional travel (2–3 weeks at a time)

What You’ll Do

• Install window treatments, acoustic wall upholstery, and PVC stretch ceilings in commercial and residential settings
• Report to the Operations Field Supervisor and support lead installers on job sites
• Prepare work areas, operate power tools safely, and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Ensure the quality, precision, and safety of all installations
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors about site conditions and progress
• Keep detailed notes and report project updates to your superior
• Maintain compliance with all safety procedures and participate in ongoing training
• Represent Contexture’s professionalism and customer-first approach on every job site

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. overhead and work at various heights
• Comfortable working on feet for extended periods and in varied conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends as projects require
• Willingness to travel for 2–3 weeks at a time for out-of-state projects
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
