The Opportunity We are seeking a talented Web Designer to join our creative team. This role is pivotal in producing visually compelling designs to improve the ease and increase usage of our website and digital subscription platforms. You will play a critical role in delivering a seamless and scalable experience for our subscribers. You will work closely with marketing and will collaborate with developers, product managers, and analysts to enhance user engagement, create a visually compelling and seamless experience, and deliver impactful and simple visualization of financial data. Key Responsibilities Web Design: Apply UI/UX expertise to design wireframes, mockups, visual assets, and prototypes for web and mobile applications. Brand Design: Develop, maintain, and optimize brand identity across all visual assets. Data Visualization: Transform complex financial data into clear, visually appealing graphics. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with business objectives and align development with business goals and UX standards. Innovation: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our visuals fresh and impactful. As well as staying current with emerging technologies and subscription platform trends to enhance user experience. Performance Optimization: Ensure fast load times, responsive design, and eye-catching visuals for web-based financial subscription services. Marketing Collateral: Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, presentations, and print materials. Digital Assets: Create web banners, infographics, and visual elements for online platforms. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of experience in graphic design for digital and print media. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Experience with web design for displaying financial data and analysis. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with financial services or fintech is a plus. A want to win and strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and security standards.
