Job Duties:

• Pick, pack, and fulfill B2B and B2C orders, ensuring each order is accurate and complete.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse functions, including picking, packing, and shipping, to support team flexibility and efficiency.
• Assist with receiving and stocking inventory to maintain organized warehouse operations.
• Perform cycle counts and other inventory management tasks to ensure product accuracy and availability.
• Support warehouse operations through cleaning, organizing work areas, and performing other general duties as needed.

Schedule:

• Monday: 8am – 4:30pm
• Occasional Overtime as needed, required to stay until 5:30pm. [Note: These decisions for OT will not be made until 1:45/2:00PM same day]

Pay: $18/hr

Job Requirements:

• Comfortable with a physically demanding role, including lifting up to 40 lbs, standing and walking for the entire shift, and climbing ladders.
• Previous manual warehouse experience with individual item handling, packing, or picking (not just cases or pallets).
• Ability to use handheld scanners/RF scan guns, read small print, and follow alphanumeric systems.
• Flexible and willing to work in multiple departments as needed to support overall warehouse operations.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to meet productivity goals while working effectively as part of a team.
