We are seeking an experienced Trust and Estate Planning Attorney to join our established practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, a portable book of high-net-worth clients, and a strategic, long-term outlook for their legal career.

Attorneys in this role will handle complex estate matters from start to finish, with a focus on minimizing income taxes, protecting assets, and ensuring the smooth transfer of wealth across generations. The ideal candidate will be deeply experienced in estate planning and taxation, with a portable book of business and a long-term vision for their legal career. Key Responsibilities

• Handle sophisticated estate matters from inception to completion

• Draft a broad range of estate planning documents tailored to client needs

• Develop and implement plans to minimize income taxes and protect assets

• Provide comprehensive estate planning and probate services to high-net-worth individuals

• Administer trusts efficiently and accurately

• Collaborate with a well-regarded internal team while growing and managing an individual client base

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in private practice, with a strong focus on estate planning

• J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation required

• Proven track record of serving high-net-worth clients

• Portable book of business is required 

• Commitment to at least 15 more years of active legal practice

This is a Partial remote, Work from home 3 days per week opportunity
