8:00 AM - 4:30 PM OR 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 5 days a week. No weekends, no holidays, and no on-call required.

\n\nJob Description\n

The Registered Nurse functions as a caregiver for a specific patient population, focusing on delivering individualized patient care according to the most up-to-date evidence-based practices. This position involves the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, as well as coordination with interdisciplinary teams to achieve desired outcomes.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Collect and analyze comprehensive health data pertaining to patients.
\n
• Develop and implement care plans based on patient assessments and needs.
\n
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
\n
• Provide education to patients and families regarding health needs and interventions.
\n
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation of patient care and progress.
\n
• Administer medications per established protocols and advanced medication delivery technologies.
\n
• Assess and initiate interventions for patient condition changes or unexpected responses to care.
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• New Jersey RN license required.
\n
• BLS certification required.
\n
• Minimum of six months of relevant nursing experience preferred.
\n
• Experience in neuroscience, specifically with epilepsy and neurology, is highly preferred.
\n
• Must have a BSN in progress or willing to complete within three years of hire.
\n
