MedAdventures is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for a travel job in San Bernardino, California.

Dietician Role $1,850 per week
About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Dietitian to join our Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) team. The Dietitian will play a key role in supporting participants’ nutritional needs by developing individualized care plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to promote health, independence, and quality of life.
Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for PACE participants.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to participants, caregivers, and staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, therapists, and other care team members to ensure integrated care.
• Monitor participant progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and PACE program requirements.
• Participate in care team meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• Current Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential.
• State licensure (if required).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience working with older adults, preferably in a long-term care, rehabilitation, or PACE setting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to educate and motivate participants and caregivers regarding nutrition and lifestyle changes.
