Requirements:

• Minimum 18 months of permanent experience in specialty
• Active Ohio license required at time of submission (Compact licenses accepted)
• One professional reference from manager, supervisor, or director in specialty required
• All certifications must be active with nothing pending
• Current COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Negative 10-panel drug screen required within 12 months of start date
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting to be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
• Clean background and license history (no open cases or license hits accepted)
