As a Barista, you will support your hotel's financial goals by managing the daily operation of the Starbucks and/or other Food and Beverage areas. Your role involves preparing and serving beverages and food to ensure high-quality standards, guest satisfaction, and revenue maximization in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Qualifications: At least 6 months of food and beverage outlet customer service experience, including cash handling; previous Barista experience preferred. Friendly, customer-centric attitude with a positive, accommodating demeanor. Professional appearance and dress at all times. Responsibilities: Prepare beverages according to standard procedures, controlling costs and maintaining consistency. Keep work areas clean and organized, set up the bar and back bar as per procedures. Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, ensuring satisfaction. Perform pre- and post-shift side work, including stocking and coffee making.
