Social Media Marketing Manager

Location: Bronx, NY (On-site)

Salary: $75,000

SourcePro Search is seeking a  creative, bilingual (Spanish/English) Social Media Marketing Manager to join a vibrant and growing organization. This role is perfect for a hands-on marketing professional who excels at producing engaging video content, managing brand presence, organizing events, and building connections both online and offline.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute  content and social media strategies to boost brand awareness and audience engagement across multiple platforms
• Produce, edit, and publish  high-quality videos tailored to target audiences
• Plan and manage  events from concept to execution, including promotion, logistics, and post-event coverage
• Optimize brand presence through  Social Media Optimization (SMO)techniques and campaigns
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Engage with online communities to encourage conversation, answer questions, and promote brand loyalty
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals

What You’ll Bring:

• Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency (required)
• Proven  video production and editing skills with a strong creative eye
• Experience in  social media marketing, content creation, and SMO
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
• Event planning and coordination experience
• Ability to thrive in a  fast-paced, hands-on role with multiple priorities
• A passion for building community, both online and in-person
