Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. You will be responsible for conducting routine patrols, remaining visible, and supporting a secure environment, all while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises.
• Assist with enforcing site-specific policies and procedures related to access control within a manufacturing and industrial environment.
• Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting visitors, employees, and contractors as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activities.
• Document and report any irregularities, incidents, or security-related concerns according to company and client protocols.
• Support emergency response activities as required by site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
