CTG is seeking a Scrum Master II to lead and mentor multiple cross-functional Agile teams, applying Scrum, Kanban, and XP practices to drive high performance and continuous improvement.
Location: Buffalo, NY
Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach teams on Agile practices, self-organization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Remove impediments and ensure workflow transparency using information radiators.
Mentor less experienced Scrum Masters and support organizational Agile adoption.
Promote continuous improvement, risk compliance, and an inclusive team environment.
Qualifications:
Scrum Master certification required; infrastructure experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years Agile team experience (2+ years as Scrum Master) or equivalent experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to manage multiple teams.
Knowledge of Agile/Lean principles, Design Thinking, and digital capability development a plus.
Experience leading through influence and fostering high-performing teams.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
