Job Description
Air/Pro is a sales rep organization located in Tipp City, OH. This position will be filled for our Louisville, KY branch office. We were established in 1972 and have a solid track record in the air pollution control and air handling fields. Our focus is mainly dust collection and fans, but we have the ability to branch out into related product fields as required (general ventilation, integrated HVAC, material handling, etc.). Recent growth and staff additions include engineering, aftermarket, and inside sales support. These days our work scope often includes engineering studies, complete design & build and turnkey solutions (in partnership with our own mechanical group started in 2022), system troubleshooting, equipment repair, maintenance, etc. Our diverse array of skills and services are continuing to win over a growing group of loyal customers.
We are growing rapidly and are looking for a sales rep to report to the Louisville branch manager and help cover the Kentucky and southern Indiana areas. Relevant experience in the dust collection or HVAC fields and account experience and contacts in Kentucky is a big plus.
Key job skills required to be successful in our field include a technical background (an engineering degree is not absolutely necessary, but is strongly preferred), industrial account sales experience, along with a history of professional development in areas such as sales training, time management, project management, etc. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: strong will power, energetic and determined work ethic, positive outlook, results oriented approach, power of persuasion, and last but not least a drive to contribute to the company bottom line and thus maximize personal income.
