We’re looking for smart, confident, and passionate individuals to join us as Sales Associates. No sales experience needed (it's a plus if you do have)— just strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities will include:
Identify new business opportunities and increase sales.
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers.
Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Promote and sell our services to target markets to meet their needs and achieve sales targets.
Closely following up on all business leads.
Maintain and grow strategic industry relationships and networks.
Overcome client’s resistance or hesitation and be able to offer solutions to problems
Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
Generate leads and build and nurture client relationships.
Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and extends global reach.
These are what we're looking for:
A Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or Communications is a plus).
Good communication and interpersonal skills (You speak clearly, listen actively, and engage confidently).
Demonstrated passion for sales, business development, or customer engagement (this can be through internships, volunteer experience, side hustles, or personal interest).
A quick learner who is eager to understand customer needs and offer value-driven solutions.
Confident, energetic, and naturally persuasive (You’re not afraid to start conversations or ask questions).
Smart and self-motivated, with a problem-solving mindset and a desire to grow.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and open to learning how to meet and exceed sales goals.
