Bold Reuse is a full-service reuse platform that eliminates single-use waste. Weve already eliminated 5 million pounds of packaging from the landfill, and were just getting started! Our mission is to make the circular economy a reality for any business that wants to reduce its packaging waste.The Account Executive owns the end-to-end customer relationship including crafting, identifying, and closing sales, and manages existing accounts for Bold Reuse within the Pacific Northwest (specifically Seattle and Portland Markets). As the individual who represents Bold Reuse and is the main connection point with our customers and prospects, we are looking for a self-starting closer who can build a pipeline, close that pipeline quickly, and support existing clients. Your ability to keep a customer motivated, on track, and being a customer advocate, is essential to your success. You bring high energy, and are motivated to make your customers successful, and take the time to understand their objectives, goals and requirements for partnering with Bold Reuse. You are organized and can juggle multiple customers and/or projects at once. You execute well under pressure and have a passion for life and hard work.You WillActively pursue, develop, and close new enterprise accounts (Sports & Entertainment, Schools, Food Service) while achieving sales goals and quotas.Drive execution of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, often involving buyers, evaluators, influencers, and decision-makers with varying levels of authority and budget control.Develop strategic plans for penetrating and closing accounts.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various departments within customer organizations, including Sustainability, Marketing, Operations, and Procurement.Project manage complex sales and initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.Define the overall approach for specific territories and regions, develop work plans, and create compelling sales propositions using internal and external data.Develop and implement best practices for client onboarding, client training, and sales.Establish and monitor metrics to measure the growth and performance of accounts, providing reports as needed.Create persuasive sales and customer QBR presentations based on market trends and relevant case studies.Maintain a high level of industry knowledge, including life cycle analysis, product offerings, pricing, discounts, promotions, forecasting, price modeling, P&L understanding, and contract development.Update and maintain the CRM system, providing regular reports to senior leadership.You Have5-7 years' experience selling with a strong record of closing large, complex deals.Proven success in managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.Ability to navigate customer org charts and identify decision-makers vs. influencers vs. budget holders.Track record of success selling to enterprise or mid-market customers; stadium/venue or sustainability experience a plus.Demonstrated ability to hit individual quota while developing team members to hit theirs.Process-driven and data-oriented: experienced with CRM (HubSpot preferred), pipeline management, and forecasting.Comfortable working cross-functionally in a startup environment (ops, marketing, product).Strong accountability and ownership mindsetDeep knowledge of, or passion for, sustainability and the circular economy.Must be based in Seattle (preferred) or Portland, with willingness to travel across the U.S.You are:Mission-driven: Youre excited to build a brand at a mission-driven company!Detailed: Detailed in documenting information and practice good follow through techniques.Proactive: You are a proactive problem-solver who gets it done before deadline and under budget.
