Position Overview

The Retail Inventory Associate - Driver at WIS International supports inventory solutions for retail, grocery and specialty customers. The role involves scanning barcodes, transporting team members, ensuring accurate inventory data, and upholding our core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork.

Part?time, flexible schedule. Starting wage $17.00?$19.00 per hour, with potential productivity?based wage increases up to $5.00.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport team members to and from inventory events, adhering to traffic laws and company safety requirements.
• Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
• Scan barcodes and record inventory information accurately at customer locations.
• Maintain vehicle GPS and navigation, ensuring timely arrival at assigned locations.
• Support the District Manager and customers by being available for early mornings, late nights, and occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license in the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Willingness to undergo pre?employment screening, consumer report, and MVR check.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and occasional travel.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Team Requirements

• No degree required.
• Open to candidates returning to the workforce, with military experience, or with experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales, Driver, or Warehouse work.

Working Conditions

This role requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, repetitive hand movements, squatting, kneeling, or crouching, using ladders, lifting up to 25 lbs., and traveling by car or plane, including overnight stays. The position involves flexible schedules with early mornings and late nights.
