The Retail Associate supports the store management in achieving operational goals by working in various capacities, including:
Cashier: Handle transactions, maintain a balanced cash drawer, provide customer information, and ensure the sales floor is tidy.
Textiles or Wares Producer: Sort and prepare textiles and wares, produce items efficiently, and use equipment like pallet jacks and conveyor belts.
Donation Door Attendant: Accept donations, sort and organize products, and maintain a clean donation area.
eCommerce Producer: Identify valuable items, stay informed on market values, and pack items for online sales.
e-Books Producer: Scan and decide on books for sale or donation, and manage shipping and inventory sheets.
Rack and Cart Runner: Ensure racks and carts are organized, stock shelves, and update production tracking sheets.
