Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated PRN Research Assistant (RA) to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting with research studies, collecting and analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with study protocols. The Research Assistant will ensure compliance with protocol and overall clinical objectives. In executing these position responsibilities, the Research Assistant is guided by FDA regulations, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and company standard operating procedures and policies. Responsibilities Assist with research studies by collecting and analyzing data Ensure compliance with study protocols and regulations Maintain accurate and complete records of research activities Prepare source documents for study visits Perform vitals, ECGs, and phlebotomy Data entry from patient visit Manage lab kit inventory Ship and process specimens Undertake protocol trainings as assigned General office tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning Additionally, this role may encompass responsibilities beyond those outlined above, as required by the evolving needs of the organization.
