Join Our Fast-Paced Real Estate Office as an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant!

Are you ready to step into a thriving real estate environment where no two days are the same? Our busy and growing real estate office is seeking an Entry-Level Administrator who is professional, motivated, and ready to take charge of a variety of administrative tasks.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing front desk responsibilities: answering phones, greeting customers, and maintaining a welcoming office environment
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
  • Assisting with real estate transaction coordination and file management
  • Supporting with scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation
  • Performing general office upkeep: cleaning, restocking supplies, and keeping the office organized and efficient
  • Helping with social media updates and marketing tasks (training provided)
  • Maintaining customer confidentiality and a high level of professionalism at all times

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a real estate office preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Solid computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and general computer navigation
  • Excellent customer service skills and a solution-focused mindset

Compensation:
Hourly pay: $14.00
