Part-Time Bilingual Spanish Customer Experience Specialist

Work from home- Utah residents only must live within an hour's drive to the Lehi or Spanish Fork offices. Schedules: Mon-Fri 12:30pm-5:30pm Mon-Fri: 12:00pm-5:00pm Mon-Fri 10:30am-4:00pm Are you fluent in Spanish and English? Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound orders, account creation, returns, and upgrades, and provide product expertise while maintaining performance metrics.
  • Passionately promote our products to clients, process orders, and assist with account-related tasks.
  • Professionally answer product and promotional inquiries, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Document interactions for auditing purposes.
  • Resolve issues, de-escalate conflicts, and promote our products, services, and events to clients.
  • Complete daily training and stay updated on promotions.
  • Seek guidance from departments and leaders to enhance job skills and performance.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proficiency in Spanish (speaking, reading, writing), bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Willingness to learn and be passionate about our products.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Quick learner in a fast-paced environment.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly and upbeat attitude.
  • Effective listening, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
  • Phone skills (preferred but not required).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reside in Utah.
  • High-speed internet access (minimum 100 Mbps download).
  • Private, distraction-free home workspace.
