Job Description Job Description ️ Production Worker – Dubois, PA Pay: $17.75–$18.35/hr ⏰ Shifts: 1st or 2nd | Start ASAP Job Description We’re seeking motivated Production Workers to join our team. In this role, you’ll use hand tools and a tape measure to assemble flooring and drop ceiling components while following detailed work instructions. Team lifting is standard, but you should be comfortable lifting up to 30–35 lbs independently. Once hired, you’ll also have the opportunity to train on machinery. Responsibilities Operate and learn equipment in the Ceiling Grid department Position parts and monitor equipment operations to meet production standards Inspect panels/parts to ensure quality specifications are met Complete production and quality paperwork accurately Use banding equipment and hand-jacks for product movement/storage Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety procedures ✅ Skills & Qualifications Experience with hand tools and tape measure required General labor experience preferred Power tools/machine operation a plus Familiarity with micrometers and calipers beneficial Why Join Us?
