Las Vegas Personal Chefs, also doing business as Chefs for Seniors and My Vegas Chef , provides in-home personal chef services for seniors and busy households throughout the Las Vegas area. Our mission is to help clients maintain independence, health, and quality of life through fresh, customized, home-cooked meals prepared by skilled culinary professionals in the comfort of their own homes.

We are seeking a skilled, dependable, and relationship-focused Private Chef for a long-term engagement with one of our clients. This position is designed to start part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time, salaried role with benefits for the right candidate.

The ideal chef enjoys building long-term relationships, values consistency, and takes pride in preparing nutritious, personalized meals that align with client preferences and dietary needs.

The client particularly enjoys Chinese, Asian-inspired, and classic American cuisine , and is open to working with chefs who are confident and creative within these styles.

• Plan and prepare fresh, high-quality meals in the client’s home
• Create customized menus reflecting client preferences, with an emphasis on Chinese, Asian, and American-style dishes
• Adapt recipes as needed for health considerations or dietary needs
• Grocery shop for each service using approved budgets and shopping lists
• Prepare meals for immediate enjoyment and future use (refrigerator/freezer -friendly)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
• Communicate professionally and warmly with clients and family members
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company service standards
• Provide a consistent, reliable, and positive in-home experience

• Part-time to start, with a clear path toward full-time, salaried employment
• Designed as a long-term placement, not short-term or rotating work
• Must be available to work weekends
• Occasional travel may be requested

• Strong cooking and meal preparation skills across a variety of cuisines
• Experience or confidence preparing Chinese, Asian-inspired, and American dishes
• Ability to customize menus based on preferences and dietary needs
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Professional, personable, and client-focused communication skills
• High standards for cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen organization
• Experience working with seniors or private clients is highly preferred
• Reliable transportation for grocery shopping and travel to client homes
• Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain)
