Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Process Server to join our team part-time for the Southern Tier of NYS. Counties seeking coverage are Chautaugua, Cattaraugus, Allegany, Steuben, and Chemung. The Process Server will be responsible for delivering legal documents to individuals involved in court cases while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality. Responsibilities Deliver legal documents to designated individuals in a timely, lawful, and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of all attempts and completed services. Sign affidavits/affirmations of service daily once services are completed. Communicate effectively with office staff regarding case status and service attempt. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations professionally.
