Job Description
Jimmy John's franchise of Arlington has two openings for Delivery Drivers. Full time or Part time.
We are looking for individuals to be a part of our JJ team. Must be 18 years old or older. We are looking for part-time or full-time( Full time depends on availability and your attendance).
Starting out $15.50(OR DOE)+ Tips + Driver Mileage reimbursement (DMR) at .62 a mile. Our Drivers Avg. $20.00-$29.00 per hour after wages, tips, and driver mileage reimbursement.

-We pay our drivers the maximum allowed DMR. This is not taxed. We pay .62 per mile. Most delivery competitors(pizza) in our area do a flat rate(only 1.00 to $1.35) or .35 -.45 a mile. Here you make money off our DMR. And unlike gig delivery, you get paid for driving time from our store and back!

Requirements:
-18 years of age or older
-Reliable Vehicle
-NO MORE THAN 10 POINTS ON YOUR DRIVING RECORD
-VALID AUTO INSURANCE
-Able to answer the phone
-Must be a people person and not shy
-Bank account for direct deposit
-Able to get a food handlers card
-Weekend availability and able to work till closing
-Work on Slicer – Our drivers slice meats/cheese in between deliveries
-Reliable (We keep a small staff so employees get the hours they need, but in order to do that we need to keep a small staff and have very reliable people).
-Long Term Our avg. employee stays with us for over 27 months(THAT 2 YEARS+). We look for people that want a job to grow with, to learn, to be a stepping stone for other career choices later in life. We are not looking for seasonal.
