Job Description Job Description Overview Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Millwrights for projects located in Sheboygan Falls, WI . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $36/hour based on experience plus $100/Per Diem for travelers 60 miles from the job site. Job Scope: Assemble basic parts or units and attach unit to assembly subassembly or frame using hand tools and power tools Inspect test and adjust completed unit to ensure that unit meets specifications tolerances and customer order requirements Connect electrical wiring according to basic circuit diagram Measure parts to determine tolerances using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers Read blueprints and specifications to determine component parts and assembly sequence of electromechanical unit Read hydraulic pneumatic and electrical schematics and diagrams File lap and buff parts to fit using hand tools and power tools Attach name plates and marks identifying information on parts Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition Informing supervisor of defective or faulty equipment or materials and unusual conditions Maintaining quality standards and following safety rules Responsibilities Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Must have basic tools of the trade Must be journeyman level with verifiable and applicable experience Must have millwright/mechanical experience Qualifications Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
