Job Title: Medical Sales Representative
Location: New York City – Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island
Contract Duration: 4 Months
Travel: Required throughout NYC (field-based role)
Seeking motivated Medical Sales Representatives to support Medicare Open Enrollment through community outreach, member engagement, and enrollment assistance. This field-based role is ideal for professionals who enjoy helping individuals understand and access health plan options while working independently across multiple locations.
Conduct field outreach and engagement to promote Medicare enrollment opportunities.
Assist potential members in understanding plan options and completing enrollment applications.
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with federal and organizational guidelines.
Represent the organization at community events, health fairs, and outreach sites across all NYC boroughs.
Achieve outreach and enrollment targets as assigned.
Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to all CMS and organizational compliance requirements.
Active New York State Accident & Health Insurance Broker License (required).
Minimum 2 years of managed care experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage travel across multiple NYC boroughs.
Bilingual skills strongly preferred (Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Russian).
Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends during open enrollment.
