Medical Assembly Location : Irvine, CA 2nd shift: 3pm - 11:30pm Payrate: $19.25 per hour (Overtime Available) Temp-to-hire – pay increase once hired on Summary This position is responsible for the production of high quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell. Working under close supervision, may perform a combination of assembly, repair, and test operations on pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related medical device assemblies. Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Assembler to join our medical device manufacturing team in Irvine. This is a non-exempt, light industrial role where you will play a key part in producing high-quality medical devices, including pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), and related assemblies. Key Responsibilities Perform assembly, repair, and testing operations under close supervision. Follow standardized procedures to ensure product quality and compliance. Maintain accurate documentation and traceability of parts. Adhere to safety guidelines and lean manufacturing principles. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes. Communicate effectively with team members and management. Comply with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory requirements. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (required). Prior experience in a manufacturing and cleanroom environment. Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written and verbal instructions. Basic computer skills for data entry and electronic systems. Manual dexterity to handle small components. Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.
