1st Shift - Mon. - Fri. - 6:00 am - 3:30 pm
$22.00/hour
Our client, a leading organization in facility maintenance and building support services, is seeking a dedicated and skilled General Maintenance Worker to join their team in Green Bay, WI. As a General Maintenance Worker, you will be an essential part of the maintenance department supporting the ongoing safety, functionality, and upkeep of the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: General Maintenance Worker

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $22

Shift: Mon. - Fri., 6:00 am - 3:30 pm 

What's the Job?

• Fix and maintain machines, mechanical equipment, and buildings
• Paint, repair flooring, and work on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Support emergency tasks as needed to ensure safety and operational continuity
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Assist in emergency response and support tasks related to facility safety

What's Needed?

• Ability to pass background check and drug test
• Comfortable wearing safety gear such as bump caps, safety glasses, hearing protection, and gloves
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
