Job Description
Guaranteed Electric Service Inc. is now hiring a licensed journeyman/crew foreman. We are based out of Mankato, MN. We specialize in residential and commercial projects, serving Southern MN and surrounding regions. Examples of some of our work include multi-family apartments, retail, restaurants, grocery stores, schools, etc. If you have hands-on and/or academic electrical experience and knowledge, a strong work ethic, leadership ability, and initiative to become part of a highly valued team, then we want to hear from you!
Required:
* Possess a valid Journeyman Electrician License in MN, registered with MN DLI
* Demonstrate project and time management skills
* Lead and motivate unlicensed electricians and ensure work is done correctly and safety
* Maintain project records of time and materials
* Communicate daily, weekly and monthly progress with project manager
* Ensure unlicensed electricians keep vehicle stocked, clean and well maintained
* Have the ability to travel and work on-call as necessary
* Current DOT physical card
* *All candidates must be able to pass a background check and random drug testing

Job Duties:
* Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in accordance with National Electric Code
* Run tests on electrical components to ensure a safe and effective installation
* Inspect electrical systems and equipment for any damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards
* Other duties as requested
