Litigation Paralegal (Hybrid | Larkspur, CA)

A well-established national law firm with a strong California presence is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its Larkspur, CA office. This is a full-time, hybrid role (3 days in office / 2 remote) supporting attorneys with busy litigation practices.

Location note: This role is best suited for candidates already living in or near Marin County / North Bay who are comfortable commuting to Larkspur several days per week. The firm values long-term team members and is prioritizing candidates for whom the location and hybrid schedule are a strong, sustainable fit.

Compensation:

Salary range: $85,000–$90,000 , plus comprehensive benefits

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and file complaints, motions, and other pleadings
• Coordinate service, depositions, and court deadlines
• Handle state and federal court filings (primarily California)
• Maintain electronic calendaring systems and organize case files
• Draft reports, notices, and summaries (including damage summaries and demand packets)
• Support attorneys managing high-volume litigation matters

• Prior litigation paralegal or legal assistant experience
• Familiarity with California court filings and deadlines
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Someone proactive, dependable, and comfortable supporting active caseloads
• Experience with insurance defense or subrogation is a plus, but not required
