**About Us:** We are a growing content agency helping successful YouTubers, course creators, and coaches save time. We handle their video editing, thumbnails, and channel management so they can focus on their business. We have a unique "value-first" outreach method that makes getting replies much easier than standard cold calling.
**The Role:** We are looking for a Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist. Your job is simple: find YouTube channels that fit our criteria and send them a highly personalized message to start a conversation.
**Responsibilities:**
* **Scout:** Find YouTube channels that fit our "Ideal Client Profile" (Creators with 10kâ500k subs who sell a course or product).
* **Research:** Spend 2â3 minutes reviewing their channel to find a specific improvement we can offer.
* **Outreach:** Send a custom DM or Email using our proven templates.
* **Visual Value:** You will be attaching a custom thumbnail (which we provide tools to generate) to the message to increase reply rates.
* **Track:** Log all leads and responses in a Google Sheet.
**Requirements:**
* **Excellent written English.** You must be able to write casual, natural-sounding messages. No robotic "Dear Sir/Madam" language.
* **Experience with YouTube.** You need to understand what a "bad thumbnail" or "bad title" looks like so you can spot clients who need our help.
* **Organizational Skills.** You must be able to work fast without losing accuracy.
* **Tech Savvy.** Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Instant Data Scraper, or simple Google Sheets workflows is a plus.
**Competitive Pay:** We pay $3/hour - we expect high-quality outreach. **Stable Work:** We are looking for a long-term team member, not a gig worker. **No "Hard Selling":** Your only goal is to get a reply. You do not need to close the deal or get on sales calls.
