POSITION SUMMARY:
Supports HR Manager and HRBP to successfully implement local initiatives, and execute regional and corporate programs. Help to create an environment to attract, develop, retain and engage talent throughout the OpCo to deliver business goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
2-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a distribution or foodservice environment.
Experience working in a union environment with exposure to contract administration and grievance handling.
Proven ability to support, coach, and develop frontline managers and supervisors to strengthen leadership capability and improve employee relations.
Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
Bilingual with fluency in Spanish or another language represented in the workforce is a strong plus.
