Job Description
We are now accepting resumes for Handyman in Kokomo. We are looking for a person with experience getting things done in a timely manner and a problem solver. Looking for a person to determine what the problem is and fix it. In the past people that had farming/farm hand experience with good mechanical skills have turned out to be great long term team members. A typical day for this position would include doing various jobs inside and outside of the apartments. Following up on work orders & preventative maintenance program. We are looking to hire a detailed hard-working person that has the drive to work independently or in a team setting.

Responsibilities and Duties
· Handle work orders that we receive and perform preventative maintenance as scheduled.
Do various tasks needed to get vacant apartments ready for new move in.
·Maintenance duties will vary as needed inside and outside of property so we need multi skilled people that can do light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry duties.
·· Job hours are Monday through Friday from 8:5
· Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, basic tools are required
Qualifications and Skills
· Perform basic plumbing such as fixing leaking faucets, and leaking p-traps under sinks, install new toilet seats etc.
Perform basic electrical duties such as changing out light fixtures, replacing outlets and switches, etc.
Basic renovation skills/
Perform service on HVAC systems
Perform painting, caulking & drywall work
A person with a let’s get it done attitude.
