Al Capone (a subsidiary of the BS-Group) is represented in the US market through ICC (Inter-Continental Cigar Corp.) and part of the global BS Tobacco Group with presence in European, Asian, and North American markets. Over the past 20 years ICC has developed the Al Capone brand to become the bestselling Hand Rolled, Premium Cigarillo in the USA OTP (Other Tobacco Products) category. The product currently enjoys a loyal consumer base and distribution across major regional markets in specialty and mass market retail channels.
The Creative Coordinator is expected to design & develop all Trade & Digital marketing assets for both BtoB and BtoC communication channels. This is a role for a creative individual with excellent aesthetics judgment and willingness to collaborate within a team environment.
Primary function details:
-\tCreate innovative design solutions for forward thinking Trade & Digital marketing initiatives.
-\tWork with Trade and Digital teams to assess design needs from initial planning stages to implementing project launches.
-\tSupport Digital Marketing in all design needs from email & display ads to social media.
-\tSupport Trade Marketing Team in all design needs for flyers, POS materials, catalogues, tradeshows, and print ads.
-\tSupport Events Marketing Team in all design needs for on-field activations.
-\tEnsure illustrations, artwork and all layouts meet production requirements throughout the development process.
-\tDevelop and maintain relations with outside creative & technical vendors and other third parties.
-\tWork with SVP, Trade & Digital Marketing teams to ensure consistent branding across all assets.
Specific Skill Requirement
-\tBA in Art, Graphic Design, a related field or a stellar portfolio.
-\t5+ years of work experience in creative and design roles.
-\tStrong background in Graphic Design Programs such as: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro or equivalent.
-\tAbility to think creatively & aesthetics judgment
-\tProven ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver creative and innovative designs
-\tMust be well-organized, detailed oriented and able to prioritize & execute multiple projects simultaneously
-\tExcellent communication, creative and interpersonal skills
-\tAbility to meet tight deadlines.
-\tProficiency in Photography and Videography preferred

Salary Range: $55,000 to $60,000
The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of ICC’s total compensation package for employees. In addition, ICC provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
