Some were overlooked, some need more time to develop, and others are working to get back academically. Every player shares the same drive to succeed. NJCP has already helped many players earn college opportunities and continue their football journey. This season, we’re expanding nationwide with teams led by coaches who believe in developing athletes on and off the field. The Role We’re looking for dedicated and experienced Football Coaches to lead NJCP teams across the country. You’ll be responsible for recruiting, developing, and inspiring student-athletes, helping them compete at a high level while preparing for their next opportunity.
