\n The Floor Technician is responsible for the maintenance and care of flooring surfaces in commercial, healthcare, or industrial settings. This includes cleaning, buffing, stripping, waxing, and vacuuming floors to ensure a clean and safe environment for staff and visitors.\n

\n Full Time 40 Hours a Week - Monday to Friday \n

\n $18 Per Hour | Weekly Pay \n

\n Responsibilities: \n

\n

\n
\n  \n

\n

\n
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors using manual and powered equipment.
\n
• Strip, wax, and buff hard surface floors using appropriate chemicals and machinery.
\n
• Operate floor care equipment such as auto scrubbers, burnishers, and carpet extractors.
\n
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of carpets through spot cleaning and deep extraction.
\n
• Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment to prevent injuries and chemical exposure.
\n
• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning.
\n
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
\n
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
\n
• Assist with other custodial duties as assigned.
