What You'll Do:

• Own a vertical and drive full-cycle recruiting within your niche
• Leverage your industry relationships to engage decision-makers and top candidates
• Run searches for manufacturing, distribution, and PE-backed clients across North America
• Build and mentor your own recruiting team
• Represent top talent at the highest level and close high-value placements

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of success in agency recruiting, B2B sales, or quota-carrying roles
• Industry relationships in one or more of the verticals listed above
• Consultative mindset with the ability to influence and lead conversations
• Drive to earn uncapped income and take full ownership of your market
