We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Event Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of impactful corporate and brand events. Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of corporate and branding events.
Coordinate logistics including venue selection, vendor communication, schedules, and onsite support.
Prepare event timelines, budgets, task lists, and internal coordination documents.
Collaborate with internal teams to align event objectives, brand standards, and deliverables.
Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth and successful operations.
Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and team members throughout each project.
Troubleshoot potential issues and provide real-time solutions during planning or live events.
Ensure all events meet quality expectations and uphold the company’s brand reputation.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
