We are looking for a detail-oriented Entry Level Accountant to join our team in Greensboro/High Point, North Carolina. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine accounts payable tasks, including processing invoices and ensuring timely payments.

• Conduct bank reconciliations to verify account balances and accuracy.

• Assist in account reconciliation by analyzing discrepancies and resolving issues.

• Handle accounts receivable duties, such as recording payments and maintaining accurate records.

• Prepare and record accounting entries to support financial reporting.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.

• Support other accounting-related tasks as needed to maintain the integrity of financial data.

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial activities.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Familiarity with bank and account reconciliation practices.
• Ability to prepare and record accurate accounting entries.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills for working with teams and stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
