Direct Counsel is seeking an Emerging Growth & Venture Capital Associate Attorney to join the corporate group of a leading global law firm as part of its Professional Track Attorney program This position is open to candidates in all major U.S. offices, including Atlanta, Austin, Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New York, Palo Alto, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Raleigh, Reston, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, Short Hills, Washington, D.C., Wilmington, and Northfield.
The attorney will work with emerging growth companies and the institutional investors that support them, handling venture capital financings, M&A transactions, and a range of ongoing corporate governance matters.
Expected salary range : $150,000 $300,000 , based on market, experience, and qualifications
