Express Employment is helping our client find a Dock Worker - Propane Facility


Pay: $15/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Location: Hot Springs, AR
Overtime: Possible mandatory overtime


We are seeking a reliable Dock Worker to support daily propane operations at a busy facility in Hot Springs Village. This is a hands-on, physical role that requires attention to detail, basic technical skills, and the ability to work outdoors year-round.

Job Responsibilities

• Fill propane tanks for delivery drivers and walk-in customers
• Read and verify tank weights using a scale
• Perform light maintenance tasks as needed
• Complete light janitorial duties during slower periods
• Use basic hand tools safely and effectively
• Scan documents and enter information into Google Docs
• Provide light customer service when interacting with drivers and customers

Job Requirements

• Ability to lift 70-120 pounds regularly
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (summer heat and winter cold)
• Basic math skills for reading scales and verifying weights
• Basic computer skills (scanning and data entry)
• Ability to use hand tools
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime when required

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting pay: $15/hr
• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
• Overtime as required
