No experience required — we provide paid training , mentorship, and hands-on experience at live events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach initiatives for nonprofit and charity partners.
Engage with attendees at events, brand activations, and community outreach programs
Provide friendly, professional support to event guests, donors, and participants
Share campaign details and confidently answer questions about programs and initiatives
Assist with event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site coordination
Build rapport with community members, supporters, and partners
Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment at every event
Outgoing, personable, and comfortable engaging with the public
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, coachable, and eager to learn new skills
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Reliable, professional, and ready to start immediately
Prior retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is a plus — but not required
