Clinical Data Manager (Part-Time) Location: Hybrid (Cambridge, MA) Focus: Oncology Job Overview Join our client’s clinical development team as a Clinical Data Manager, leading end-to-end data management activities across global trials. This role drives data strategy, vendor oversight, and quality delivery to support critical decision-making in drug development. Primary Job Responsibilities Lead data management lifecycle from study setup to database lock and close-out. Oversee vendor performance and ensure alignment with protocol-specific data requirements. Approve key deliverables including data flow design, quality plans, and final datasets. Specify data collection tools and platforms; drive standards compliance. Collaborate cross-functionally to support study design and data-driven decisions. Communicate data milestones, quality metrics, and vendor performance. Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle time. Primary Job Requirements Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Life Sciences, Informatics, Statistics, or related field. Minimum 5 years of clinical data management experience at a sponsor or CRO working in Oncology. Strong understanding of data flow, quality, and regulatory standards. Experience with tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Python, SAS, R, and SQL. Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage complex data projects. Society of Clinical Data Management certification preferred. Willingness to work flexible hours across global time zones. Domestic and international travel may be required.
